When a company provides a broad range of complex very technical services in a niche market it can be challenging to fully communicate their offerings in written text. This obstacle presented itself during our development of this client’s website. To overcome this challenge, we produced a series of conversational style videos featuring two of the company’s principals. Off camera, our director asked these men a series of questions to prompt insightful responses that  casually, yet clearly, explained their services and products. These engaging videos not only more fully explained this companies’ services, they help current and potential customers see the owners as friendly, genuine people they’d like to work with.
