Bark at the Moon has provided creative solutions to The University of Akron since we opened our doors over 25 years ago. This animated holiday greeting features live action video shot on green screen and illustrations of landmarks from around the campus. When we composed the original music, the goal was to start the video with a classic “Charlie Brown Christmas”holiday sound. Then, when UofA mascot Zippy hops atop the statue of John R. Buchtel, things really take off as the music skips over to a Chuck Berry “Run, Run, Rudolph”style riff. Viewers are wished a happy and prosperous New Year as Zippy ski jumps off the roof of the Goodyear Polymer Center.
